SUBJECT: Dugout Replacement at Randy Larson Four-Plex
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On November 10, 2025, the City Commission approved the replacement of six dugouts at the Randy Larson Four-Plex that were damaged by Hurricane Milton. In order to create consistency throughout the entire complex, two additional dugouts need to be replaced.
The dugouts can be acquired from Rep Services, Inc. through the continuing contract 25-040PK-JG-PB by way of Work Order 25-040PK-JG-PB-03 for $75,239.49
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute Work Order 25-040PK-JG-PB-03 with Rep Services Inc., to replace two softball field dugouts at the Randy Larson Four Plex.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in CIP # PK036 - Park Improvements.
