SUBJECT: Resolution Correcting a Scrivener's Error in the February 23, 2026
City Commission Meeting Minutes
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On March 9, 2026, the City Commission approved the minutes of the city commission regular meeting held on February 23, 2026; however, those minutes contained a scrivener’s error. Specifically, Commissioner Dodson’s name was inadvertently omitted from the voting record for Ordinance No. 6-2026, regarding the Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, as well as for Resolutions No. 46-2026, 47-2026 and 48-2026, which address the transfer of the Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, a budget amendment, and a CIP budget amendment.
RECOMMENDATION:
To adopt a resolution approving correction of the scrivener's errors in the February 23, 2026 meeting minutes.
