EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This resolution authorizes the City to accept a Special Warranty Deed from D. R. Horton, Inc. for the public lift station labeled "LS-1" located on Hidden Farm Drive, and the reclaimed water booster station labeled "PS-1" located on Midway Road, according to the map or plat recorded in Plat Book 149, Page 255, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. The lift station, designated LS-057, and the reclaimed water booster station were constructed as part of the Varrea North Phase 3A and 3B development.
