SUBJECT: Grant non-exclusive access easement to Chad Carpenter, Amy
Lynn Carpenter, and James and Carol Fullerton
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On September 22, 2025, the City Commission approved the Purchase of real property from Carl L. Carpenter, Jr., and Marilyn S. Carpenter pursuant to Resolution 207-2025. As a result of the acquisition, the properties owned by Chad Carpenter, Amy Lynn Carpenter and James and Carol Fullerton no longer have direct access to their property.
The proposed non-exclusive access easements are necessary to provide legal access to these properties.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute non-exclusive access easements to Chad Carpenter, Amy Lynn Carpenter and James and Carol Fullerton to allow access to their respective properties.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
