SUBJECT: CRA Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2025-26
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This budget adjustment provides $924,350 from the CRA Fund for the 1914 Exterior Rehabilitation Project. Project funding will be moved from three projects that are no longer viable and will be moved to the FM002 project. The project is within the CRA District and funds will be used accordingly.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Community Redevelopment Agency Board adopt a resolution amending the CRA budget for the year ending September 30, 2026, which provides for the above adjustment.
