SUBJECT: CIP Budget Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2025-26
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This CIP budget adjustment provides $924,350 to CIP FM002 1914 Building Improvements for the 1914 Exterior Rehabilitation project that was presented at the Commission Meeting this evening. The project will be funded by moving the project budget from three existing projects that are not currently moving forward as shown in the attachment.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution to approve an amendment to the Capital Improvement Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and the next four years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this item is listed on the attached resolution.
