SUBJECT: ENCO Utility Services Florida, LLC to Cerida Investment
Corporation d/b/a AnswerNet, Inc.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City contracts with ENCO Utility Services Florida, LLC for utility billing services. Staff has been notified that ENCO Utility Services Florida, LLC completed an asset purchase agreement and assigned its rights and contract obligations to Cerida Investment Corporation d/b/a AnswerNet, Inc. The City's contract requires approval by the City Commission to assign the contract. The company has requested the City's consent to the assignment.
Staff reviewed the qualifications submittial from Cerida Investment Corporation d/b/a AnswerNet, Inc. and determined that the assignment is administrative in nature. The expertise, resources, and level of service supporting the City's utility billing operaitons will remain unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to convey acceptance of the utility billing services from ENCO Utility Services Florida, LLC to Cerida Investment Corporation d/b/a AnswerNet, Inc.

None.
