SUBJECT: Capital Improvement/Asset Management Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Commission held a special meeting on August 24 to discuss the proposed budget, the capital improvement budget, and the asset management program for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and the next four years thereafter.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission adopt a resolution setting a public hearing to declare its intention to adopt a capital improvement budget, which includes an asset management program, for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and the next four years thereafter.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Asset Management Program for Fiscal Year 2026-27 totals $29,938,121, which is part of the total proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget, which is balanced at $158,399,684.
