SUBJECT: Engineering Staff Augmentation - Engineering Work Order
(EWO) 21-020-01H-30 Modification 2
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Utilizing the City’s continuing contracts for engineering services, the City Manager executed Engineering Work Order (EWO) 21-020-01H-30 with Dewberry Engineers, Inc., for $25,000.00. This was for staff augmentation services and assistance with plan review and submittal comments. Modification 1, approved under the City Manager’s authority, increased the funding by $24,885 for additional staff augmentation for site plan reviews and Interim City Engineer services. This brought the total for the EWO to $49,885.00.
To maintain the City’s standard for operations, Modification 2 is necessary for additional plan review support services in the amount of $29,955.00. This will result in a new EWO total of $79,810.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute Modification 2 to EWO 21-020-01H-30 with Dewberry Engineers, Inc., for $29,955.00, bringing the new EWO total to $79,840.00.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in General Fund, Org # 00154800, Obj # 431010 - Engineering Miscellaneous Professional Services.
