SUBJECT: Resolution approving the form of the agreement for the construction of proposed public improvements, and authorizing the City Manager to execute same on behalf of the City.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Section 94-154, Plant City Code, provides that a developer subdividing property is to sign an agreement with the City prior to construction of proposed public improvements. The form of the agreement is attached to the resolution.
During the last legislative session, Chapter 2025-164, Laws of Florida, was enacted, which provides that subdivisions are approved administratively. The resolution approves the form of the agreement for future subdivisions, and authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution approving the form of the agreement, and authorizing the City Manager to execute same on behalf of the City.

None.
